Communication Arts Design Annual 57 – There is nothing that ticks me off more than paying for a subscription to a quality Design Magazine and when it arrives it has been mangled in some piece of mailing equipment and it is damaged beyond repair. Now I will have to take time tomorrow to call Communication Arts and request that they send me a replacement copy. This is the 3rd time that this has happened this year. I am posting this on my website so that I can guide the Comm Arts rep to the site to see this terrible magazine. I wish they would go back to the cardboard carrier instead of just this plastic wrapper. I will devour this resource and read every article and maintain it with my 20 year collection. It is the only magazine that I purchase. I expect this to be right. Please CA get it right. Pretty Please August 30, 2016 : 11:47 pm.

Mark,
Thank you for your input, your opinion is important to us.
While we’ve tried our best to keep costs down and our value high, we can’t absorb the postal increase expected in 2014. The poly bag saves considerably on materials, handling and shipping, and it’s waterproof. We’ve done some test mailings and found the issues arrived in good shape. If your does not, please contact us and we will replace it.
We apologies for the damaged copy and we are shipping a replacement copy of the 2016 Design Annual to you. When using the US postal system, it’s simply out of our hands on how they handle the magazines.
As a primarily subscriber-based magazine, we consider your satisfaction extremely important and we thank you for your financial support.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience.
Sincerely,
Khader Yanni
